I took this picture the other night at a Rite Aid drive thru because
it is a perfect example of Design gone wrong.
1. Who wants to touch this?
2. Look at the legal jargon! The front side alone has 4 columns of
tiny copy.
3. Does ANYONE read it??
4. Look at the presentation of the materials. People are using the
container as a trashcan!
It’s probably a legal requirement to have this outside of their
stores, but it is a great opportunity for Information Design to make
an impact and educate customers.
