Umm, maybe your backpack. Until I get the TARDIS-tech backpack, this won’t work for me :).
(OTOH, the optional pole-mount of the Kindle DXX allows it to act as a sunshade / parasol. Not recommended for use as an umbrella, though: the battery compartment is on the back and leaks allowing electrical shortouts.)
